Section 24 – Shall be punishable on first conviction with a fine not less than Rs. 200/- and may extend to Rs. 500/-; for second and subsequent contraventions, punishable with fine not less than Rs. 1000/- which may extend to Rs. 2000/- or with imprisonment for a period not less than 2 months or with both.
