| Eligibility Criteria |
- Festival & National Holidays: 30 days services within a continuous period of 90 days immediately preceding such festival holiday

| Provision if worked on NH/FH |
If an employee works on any holiday, he shall at his option be entitled to:
- Twice the wages
- Wages for such holiday and to avail himself of a substituted holiday with wages on one of the three days immediately before or after the day on which he so works

Within ninety days from the day on which the employee so worked |
| Notice to Labour Inspector |
Notice must be sent to the Labour Inspector in case an employee is made to work on a holiday |
